About

Angel M. Mercado was born in Queens, NY, where he lived his younger years before moving to Puerto Rico with his family. He completed all his undergraduate studies in Lares, Puerto Rico, and after graduating high school, he moved to San Juan where he earned his bachelor’s degree in communications in 1990 and his master’s degree in public relations from Universidad del Sagrado Corazon in 1994. He was one the first 50 professionals to obtain a master’s degree in public relations in the Caribbean.

In 1995, he moved to Florida where he gained more experience in marketing, he decided to start his own marketing firm dedicated to Personal Injury services. While working with a well-respected doctor’s office in Orlando, he was invited to join his team. Following on his passion of working with people in the personal injury field, Mr. Mercado enrolled at Florida A&M University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2009. Attorney Mercado practices law in Florida and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. His focus is in the areas of personal injury and immigration law. His commitment is to make sure that each client receives the most personalized treatment his office can provide, so they feel confident in their legal representation. His main goal is to make sure that every client gets the representation they need and the compensation they rightfully deserve.
